Ingredient On Hand
Quantity on hand against your threshold, and a shop list of what is low or out.
Supplier Reorder is a supplier reorder spreadsheet for the things a home bakery buys again. List each supplier, the item, the pack and the last price you paid. Type how many packs to reorder and the sheet totals the order.
Need more than one sheet? All twelve are $77.00. One by one they add up to $83.91.

One page of two, whole. The file has more.

Supplier Reorder keeps what you buy again in one place. You type the supplier, item, pack size, unit, last price and how many packs to reorder. The sheet multiplies the last price by the packs for each line and adds a Total row, so you know what the order costs before you place it.
Supplier, item, pack size, unit, last price and how many packs to reorder.
Last price is the price of one pack. Line cost is that price times the reorder quantity.
The Total row adds every line, so you know what the order will cost.
Seven sample lines across three suppliers, 56.55 dollars in total.
Keep the last price you paid next to the pack and the supplier. Type how many packs to reorder and the line cost follows, so the total is known before you place the order.
Excel opens the .xlsx file as it is. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. There is a How to use tab in the file.
Each file stands alone. These three are the ones bakers open side by side.

This week’s cake orders turned into a buy list of ingredients.

How many packs of boxes, boards and liners the first month needs.
For cake, the first month usually means boxes, boards and liners plus a steady list of ingredients. Supplier Reorder is where you keep what you buy again: the supplier, the item, the pack and the last price you paid.
List every purchase with its supplier, item and price, then total the column. Supplier Reorder does this for what you buy again: line cost is the last pack price times the packs you reorder, and a Total row adds every line. It covers what you buy from suppliers, not every expense a bakery has.
Typical monthly expenses vary from bakery to bakery, so the sheet does not guess. Supplier Reorder totals what you plan to spend with your suppliers on one order, which is one part of a bakery’s expenses.
Ingredient On Hand is the sheet for that: it lists each ingredient with its quantity, unit and location. Supplier Reorder is the buying side and does not count what is on the shelf.
Start with what you pay your suppliers for each ingredient, then add your time and the packaging. Supplier Reorder keeps the last pack price you paid, and you type it into Batch Recipe Cost, because the files do not read each other.
Supplier Reorder is not a free template: it costs $11.00 and is an editable .xlsx file. It opens in Excel, and in Google Sheets after you upload it to Google Drive.
