Name the item, the cakes you expect, pieces per cake, pack size and pack price.
Packs to buy is a whole number, because you cannot buy half a pack.
Line total is packs times pack price. The Total row sums every line.

For cake, the first month usually means boxes, boards and liners. First Month Packaging turns the cakes you expect into packs to buy and a total cost.
The number of boxes depends on the cake and the box you choose. In First Month Packaging you type how many pieces each cake takes and the pack size, and the sheet rounds up to whole packs.
A bakery has many kinds of expense, and packaging is one of them. First Month Packaging covers the one-time launch buy of boxes, boards and liners, not every cost of the business.
Typical monthly expenses vary from bakery to bakery, so the sheet does not guess. It prices your own first month of packaging: type the cakes you expect and the sheet totals the bill, 55.05 dollars in the sample.
Ingredient On Hand is built for that: list each ingredient with its quantity, unit and location, and add a level at which you want to reorder. First Month Packaging is different. It is a one-time buy of packaging, not a weekly stock list.
A bakery equipment list names the tools and machines you own. First Month Packaging does not track equipment. It lists the boxes, boards and liners you need to pack the cakes you expect.
