Type the week start. Days in the week is seven, shown beside it.

The week of 2026-10-05: six sample orders, three of them due this week.
Type a new week start and each row re-checks its due date. Status and Paid are drop-downs, and each choice is a symbol and a word, so the sheet still reads when you print it in black and white.
Excel opens the .xlsx file as it is. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. There is a How to use tab in the file.
Each file stands alone. These three are the ones bakers open side by side.

A baker’s week depends on the orders, so the sheet does not assume a schedule. Type the first day of the week and the sheet flags every cake due in it, so you see how full the week is.
Google Forms collects answers from your customers, while Orders Due This Week is where you see which of your orders are due. Open the file in Google Sheets by uploading the .xlsx to Google Drive.
